Due to the problems that we have encountered with persons canceling at the last minute, resulting in the cancellation of a charter and inconvenience to the other guest booked, we only do private charters.

Can I make reservations when I arrive in Nassau, or do I have to book them Now?

To avoid disappointment it is best to make reservations ahead of time. This will allow you to better choose the day, time and boat you prefer especially if you are on a tight schedule. It is possible that we will have a boat available without a reservation, but maybe not the boat of your choice or for your desired time.

Advance reservations are confirmed with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card number. Go to our (Credit Card Authorization Form) print and fill it out and fax it to us.

Can we do a combination of fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing and picnicking?

Yes, we can split your charter up if you would like and do a combination charter. It is difficult on half-day charters to do a combination of all four. We can however do a combination of any two on half-day charters, or on full day charters we can do all four.

Our cancellation policy is 50% penalty if the charter is not cancelled at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled trip and full charge if not cancelled 48 hours prior to charter. There is no cancellation charge if cancelled due to weather. Please see cancellation policy on ( Reservations) page.

We are a large group and need more boats than you have, can you arrange for additional boats?

Not a problem, we can arrange with a few of our competitors that we know are dependable for the additional boats.

Does the charter price include gratuities and if not what is the usual gratuity for the crew?

Gratuities are not included in the charter price. It is customary to tip the captain and mate 15% of the charter cost. All tips are split equally and should be given to the captain if paid in cash. Of course more gracious tips are highly appreciated and are usually awarded for exemplary performance. Please feel free to reward our crew based on your satisfaction.
