Pick-up area for Paradise Island guest is at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal between the two bridges.  Please follow red arrows on map from Coral Towers to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, the same terminal used by the Dolphin Encounters.

Guests staying on Cable Beach at Breezes Resort, Sandals Resort, Radisson Cable Beach Resort , Wyndham Crystal Palace Resort or arriving by Cruise Ship are picked up by boat downtown on the waterfront at the sea-wall behind the Straw market.
